To receive the photo and video files, please send an email to your video operator (all contact details below), specifying the following data:
- first and last name (Surname) of the person making or that as done the tandem jump experience or other mail that the person can get the files.
- active email address (please check that this is written correctly)
- The date on when the tandem experience was done!!
The files will be sent within 5 days, in case of a delay, after this time has passed, you can contact the operator by email or on WhatsApp from Monday to Friday during the time slot 9am – 6pm.
To be on the safe side, you should check your spam folder, as by mistake the email with your files may have been delivered there.
In the case of group tandem jump that have done the experience, files will be sent on different days and at different times, as operators use different systems and processing times.
